A word from Bryan…

Hello everybody, hope all is well.

Thanks again for your kind patience with regard to the “Ghost Moon Orchestra” special edition.

Everything did, unfortunately get delayed due to a very nasty virus that had half the band bedridden for a couple of weeks, but as things stand now, all is finished and at the pressing plant.

All things being equal it should be with us within fourteen days and it will be sent immediately to you on arrival. We will keep you posted on all progress, just keep an eye on the website.

Sorry it’s a little later than expected.

All the best,

Bryan Josh.

PS. To quote Ian “The Judge” Naylor, our greatest critic…”This album is f’in unbelievable, once it’s on it’s impossible to leave the room, the best work to date!”

That will account for why the judge hasnt brought my nail gun back then!! Can someone switch it off, so the little dwarf can leave the room and come to see me 🙂 Of course, it can be switched back on when he’s done his little job:)

i hear there r metal sounds to this new album n similare sounds to bands like nightwish. that will be very interesting to hear MA play such styles, i bet the classic rock sound is still there but just spiced up abit, nothing wrong with trying new things. cant wait for the album n following tour. will be at both of the robin gigs this year. rock now and always.

have gave it a few spins today still getting used to it, some songs where likeable right away while others are still going in, but what i can say is the last three songs being tennyson masion wild eyed skies & top of the world contain some of bryans best guitar work ever, olivias vocals on this are so powerful and have really come a long way since the go well diamond heart. so far i have not heared one filler track. theres such a biggar more flowent feel about this album. everyone is on top form and the tour will be a gr8 place to flash out these gr8 songs even further. the extra disc of reworked and new tracks is also a huge bounus as it has some gr8 tracks to. overall the wait was well worth it but i knew it would be. rock on now n forever guys. thanks for a gr8 album now bring on the tour cant wait.

I have listened to GMO a few times now and I am afraid I don’t get it. The early tracks are fine but I keep drifting off in the later stages. I will persist! Acoustic CD is fine. But do bear in mind I seem to be the only person on the planet who doesn’t like the song Passengers. See you on tour.

Best album since Passengers, for me. Such powerful performances throughout. A Weather For Poets is amazing, too. (Never thought Pure White Light would work in that style, but it’s brilliant). Disappointing though, that 3 “fans” already have the special edition for sale on Ebay. What’s wrong with these people ?

    • Everyone who bought a ticket for the launch party in York got a copy of the album. Therefore some households will have received two copies. I guess that’s why there are already some on eBay

  16. GWDH was an excellent album representing a pleasing return to form after in my view two pretty ordinary albums. So i was a bit wary of what the new album would sound like but After a week of listening the GMO has really grown and i will have to agree with judge their best ever.
Every song is top quality with no filler and at least 6 classic tracks with the whole band on top form.
Look forward to hearing the tracks live this September, hopefully most of the set will be base on the last 2 albums and please include an acoustic version of the rain song Olivias performance on AWFP is stunning

i know what you mean m8, we all have our own view on things but thats makes gmo soon good that it takes time to get into and grows on you. i guess these fans just did nt give the album a chance. it has the same classic rock sound n feel but with a much more mature sound and direction and i guess that wont appeal to everyone. ppl if you dont like it on first listen, then keep listening it will get better, my first listen was like that to. i did nt really get alot of the songs, but the last three tracks where instant classics in my book. unquite tears is also a good track has some nightwish style sounds in there. as always bryans guitar work is full of feeling and emotion, his guitar solo on tennyson masion is supurb how can anyone not feel this? and olivias vocals on wild eyed skies are her best i ve heared her sing thus far. to me this album will grown more n more. its rocky mature, vocaly driven with gr8 emotion.

I listened to TGMO last night and believe that it is another stunning achievement for Mostly Autumn. The songwriting, performances and production sounds top-notch. This will only get better with repeated listens.
