Christmas Digital single……

Posted in News on November 29, 2020 by manewss

Greetings everybody – Hope you are all ok

It’s been a crazy year and we thought we’d try to do something to cheer us all up – something positive!

So… we’re very excited to tell you that we have been working on a new Christmas song – ‘For Everyone at Christmastime’ which is going to be available for download from Friday December 4th.  Unfortunately there isn’t time to get an actual hard copy CD pressed but details of how you can download it are here.

If we all do that, you never know, it might even chart! Who knows? Tell everyone!

It has been a bit of a last minute thing but we hope it might bring a bit of magic and sparkle.

More exciting news to come soon – keep your eye on the website…

Cheers everybody

Artrock Festival and re-run of virtual CRF…

Posted in News on August 6, 2020 by manewss

Hi everyone

Hope you are all staying safe and well – difficult decisions are having to be made everywhere and, for us, the decision to pull out of the Artrock Festival very much one of them. After much discussion and evaluation of the logistics we feel that though the risk would be minimal, it is still there.  We wish them very good luck with the festival and hope to be invited again when things are more settled.

We will have to wait and see what can go ahead in the Autumn but in the meantime there’s the re-run of the Virtual Cambride Rock Festival – starting today – great work from the team there – thank you!

We wish you all a safe and Happy Easter…..

After a superb couple of gigs in Belgium and NL, there are only two more gigs to go in December – The Crescent in York on Sunday 15th December – which is now sold out and

The 1865 in Southampton on Thursday 19th

A great big thank you to everyone who came to the wonderful gig at The Stables in Milton Keynes last night – it was a truly great night enjoyed by all.

Autumn tour……

Posted in News on October 8, 2019 by manewss

Thanks for all your great comments about the first of the autumn gigs – The Sage, Gateshead – it was a pleasure to play at that superb venue and to have such an enthusiastic crowd was fantastic.

We’re getting ready to rock a bit more this autumn and happy to announce latest gig at the 1865 in Southampton on December 19th.  We loved this place!

Meanwhile – it’s NL, Germany and France next – should be fantastic!  Hope to see you out there…..

The Citadel……

Posted in News on June 29, 2019 by manewss

Well – what can we say?…. an amazing crowd at the Citadel last night – thank you to each and every one of you who came, for making this, the last gig at this wonderful venue, unforgettable.  A great thank you to the staff there, who have always been professional and helpful and continued to be last night, which was of course very emotional for them.

Thanks also to Steve Pilkington, who was there for the last time with Classic Rock Society, which has sadly had to close it’s doors too. However, it is rumoured there may be something rising out of the ashes on this – so you never know?

Next up for us is the wonderful annual event which is the Cambridge Rock Festival – just such a lovely friendly festival. Loads of great bands, beer and cider with lots of like minded people – simply brilliant!

Don’t forget – if you would like to , there’s still time to vote in the Prog Awards – thanks to everyone who has voted already – much appreciated!
